Founders, Hearts Renewed Ministries

The desire of our hearts is to fully serve our Lord Jesus Christ in His Kingdom in every aspect of our lives by following what He has called us to do… whenever, wherever, and whatever it is!

For both of us, it has been a life journey filled with some extremely hard life issues to walk through, whether individually from birth or in our marriage covenant as one since 1987.  Each of us know deep in our soul, that it is only by Jesus’ grace, unconditional love, and the promises of Abba Father to His children, that our Lord has always been with us (even when we didn’t know it) and because He lives, we live today.

Some of the expressions of our love back to our Heavenly Father by His calling are:

  • God’s love for us has led us all over the world serving as Missionaries with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) with over 1500 bases across the world. We received our Missions training from YWAM and have been able to serve in evangelical humanitarian Missions as well as leading teams of new Missionaries on their outreaches to Cambodia. We have staffed and taught with the Crossroads Discipleship Training School for the young at heart who have the wisdom of the aged!

While serving with YWAM, Tom was also blessed to learn how “to teach a man to fish” through aquaponics and has been able to share this blessing of helping people grow nutritious food in some of the worst conditions in the world while sharing the Gospel of Christ and His love for all the people of the earth.

  • The Lord then called us to add to our Missions experiences with the equipping of an inner healing Ministry called Restoring the Foundations (RTF) where we are qualified Ministers with the Healing House Network Global Family. With this life changing Ministry, He gave us our new directions to Minister to every person He placed in front of us at His leading with an emphasis on Ministering to Christian leadership across the globe. We were led to “Heal My people” in all Christian Organizations (confidentiality requires no name sharing here) or Humanitarian Organizations that are ready to let the Lord be their guide. Some of these have been World Vision, Water for Life, Rapha Ministries and White Dove (Human trafficking victims), and Doctors without Borders.
  • Our YWAM Missions and Restoring the Foundations Ministry experiences have led us to serve in the United States (Hawaii, Los Angeles, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Washington D.C., California, and there is more to come), Mexico, Cambodia, South Korea, and Norway. We have been invited to many other States and Countries and are looking forward to Missions Ministry in all of them in our future with God’s direction and provision. We are currently known as Missionary Ministers.

Tom Furze
His earlier career was business management oriented for large corporations and eventually led to entrepreneurship of our own businesses . His skills acquired are corporate training, business marketing and management including District Management of a large sales force of personnel.
He has also served as an elder, Deacon, Lay Pastor and Men’s Ministry Pastor for several Churches over a 30 year period. He has lead home Bible study groups and has discipled and mentored many men and spiritual sons and daughters across the world. His skills with youth have shined in our service to many different Ministries including our own Stone Rollers Youth Ministry meant to bring the body of Christ together from several different churches in our home town CA. He has staffed as a YWAM team leader to groups of Missionaries five times to Cambodia, and has taught Missions in Hawaii, California, Norway, Mexico, and Colorado. He has Ministered, Coached, Discipled and Led people from over 60 different Countries and cultures!

Specialty Skills
In our Missions and Ministry service we have each developed specialty Missions/Ministry skills.
Tom is well versed in sustainable food growth through Aquaponics and has taught many throughout the globe on “How to feed My people” with the basis of “Teach a man to fish and you feed him for life”.
He is on call across the world as a consultant to many that are running the “unique to their environment” food systems that he has not only helped them build, but also taught them how to maintain their systems and how to teach their food systems to others in their communities.
He is consistently reading God’s Word and its applications to our lives today. He also continues to follow the call on his life to teach and preach to whom ever the Lord brings into his life whether individual or groups. He has been blessed to teach and preach in churches across the globe.

Nancy Furze
Nancy has a deep interest in Biblical Counseling and is currently studying for her Master’s degree in Clinical Christian Psychology. In her personal studies and through mentorship she has developed a specialty Ministry with the severely wounded in body, soul, and spirit by Ritual Abuse and has therefore a great deal of knowledge and experience in Spiritual Warfare by using the authority given to us by Christ to cast out demons as Jesus did in 1/3 of His Ministry on earth.
She continues personal studies in many aspects of Biblical inner healing and teaching others on how to have a personal relationship with our Divine Holy Trinity. She is an ordained Minister with Experience Ministry.

Sense of humor!

Nancy’s Background
Her background is in corporate business management, Personnel and Human Resources, corporate training, administration accounting and entrepreneurialism.

She has also served as a Lay Pastor and Women’s Ministry Pastor for several Churches over a 35 year period. She has co-lead home Bible study groups and has discipled and mentored many women and spiritual sons and daughters across the world. Her entrepreneurial skills have been in owning and managing 4 businesses; one of her favorites being an award winning Christian Preschool having served over 600 hundred families with God’s Word.
She has staffed and taught Missions in YWAM Kona and has lead along with Tom, groups of Missionaries including children, four times to Cambodia.
She has also taught Restoring the Foundations Ministry in Norway and here in the United States.
